Joel "Mr. Motion" Rosen at Chevy Vettefest
 

I am happy to announce that Joel "Mr. Motion" Rosen of Baldwin Motion fame will be appearing at Chevy Vettefest, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

Mr. Motion will be kicking off our Inflammatory Breast Cancer Foundation Charity Auction with an autographed pair of the brand new MOTION Valve covers that are being manufactured under license of Motion by Ansen. These covers were just launched at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, and YOU will have a chance to be the lucky bidder to take home these babies while helping out a great cause AND getting to personally meet Mr. Motion.

We are also working with one of our past Featured Artists, David Snyder, and may have some of his just released Motion Limited edition Prints at the show.

Our Thanks go out to Mr. Rosen along with the Motion crew for making this happen!

He was over at our shop the other day and saw the show guide with your Dad's old Yenko Chevelle. He remembers it for a few reasons, but said that he'd like to meet you and your family.

And she was at Englehart's too when the alum. front end Poncho was sitting in the middle of the street. So maybe some higher ups could ask her to show up again. Maybe she has a niece that could be the new NicKey girl to bring keep the times up! A little old and new. It's a good thought though.

Well Bob, maybe there is your idea for how to top this year's showcases. How about a vintage race car showcase with Linda & Pam as honored guests? If Linda shows up, I bet Grumpy will too.

I just got notified that the original painting of Dave Snyder's Motion print will be on display and available at the show. As nice as the prints are, the originals from which the prints are made are unbelievable in detail, color, and even size. They are much larger, and of course, they are one of one, true collector art. Only one person can have the original, and, I know there are several owners of Motion modified cars that SHOULD have this painting. The question is which one will step up first to purchase this original work of art.

The Chevy Vettefest Nationals is a Dodge free zone! Maybe Bob will consider an all brands Chicago hi po dealer showcase some day. The way they have revitalized the show, however, there isn't any room for anything but chebbies.
