'64 Cutlass, #s 330/4-sp, 1 Family Owned, 41k miles
Very cool car - has the best powertrain you could get in a '64 Cutlass, and it's a nice color combo (love the white painted top). Seller's father in law bought this one new.

64 442....
Definitely a 'gentleman's muscle car'...
Was there a call out on these cars for the 442 package...I don't see anything?? Very cool :beers: |
Cool car but disappointed no shots of the engine compartment, trunk or underside.
|
----Not a 442, but pretty cool, and appears really well cared for. 64 442's had a small emblem forward of the front wheel wells, and maybe in the rear. Can't quite remember....Bill S

----Googled it and there is a rear 442 emblem on the right rear. I've always liked the 64 442's. Just missed a beauty of a convert just across the river from me in Canada. Yellow with black gut, white top and factory AC. Should have bought that one 10 or 12 years ago...Bill S

64 Cutlass F-85
So, basically this is a 442 without the badges??
I agree some under hood and bottom side photos would be helpful. I like it...simple and looks like a car with no drama  |

Traded in a 61 T-Bird on it when purchased new. Says the OO was a machinist...I'll bet he made that strange looking shift knob. Seems like a nice car for the $$$.

2nd time around for this one.

true, missed it by a year. LIke the first 'GTO' a '64 but not officially called out and badged as one. Though it is considered the beggining of the 'muscle car' era by some. Still they get little love, most opting for the sexier '65 and above year GTOs.

I like the Ford underdash A/C unit with the bullet in place of the ford logo. Maybe machined that too?

I can't fathom why it didn't sell at the 21.5 ?? Where else could a person get into a 60's performance hardtop for that money ?? The same car with a bowtie would have sold in the blink of an eye.
