Re: 69 COPO Camaro

Sad how that car was left but with docs it would be a nice car to restore, just wish i had the $$ would be the only COPO in Hawaii (unless i can find the BM car) Also is that a Chevelle Convt behind it, kind of looks like it might have a Motion decal on the rear qtr window???

Also if anyone picks this one up let me know if you would likde to sell the Alum Slots it shows on the car now.

This car was on Ebay earlier this year or late last year I think. I definitely remember seeing it for sale though.

This car was for sale on Ebay over a year ago. Same seller, different Ebay name. Had a 70 Deuce and the LS6 ragtop that is in the background. Here is a link to the previous post https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/show...=true#Post7589

I'm not sure if the link is going to work, but it was discussed in 01/02. Hope this helps for any prospective buyers.

------So,looking back at the past, the car has never left its last location next to the "LS6"convert.This has got me wondering if Eli ever got a COPO for his dad.Does he still post at all?..........Bill S

Re: 69 COPO Camaro

I went to look at this car a year ago, it's a real mess. The only original drive train parts are the BE rear and the 840 heads. Wrong intake, carb, distributor, altenator and pulleys. The only striaght part on the car is the new GM hood. Interior is thrashed. I thought 3,000 mile car would be alot better. If anyone is interested in bidding on the car I strongly feel you should see the car first.
