As far as original tires ... my 69' W-30 442 (bought new) and 70 1/2 Z-28 (bought new) did not have BFGs. So those that "hate" Coopers just need to buy the offending vehicle and change to the BFGs ... problem solved!:santa::santa:

It's a rare color combination: Azure Blue with Blue Stripes. But the body stripes are incorrect. Those came standard on the W30 and were never an option on the 442 which did come with stripes as see below. Wheels are incorrect also. Body colored wheels became an option in 1971. Should have Dark Gray as seen below:
