Re: Dedicated Day 2 Thread
Yes on the battery and the flag isn't correct on stripe and star quantity.
All types of tastes were around then as are now. That never changes and makes everything better. ...but even then, never liked the too high/tall look unless it was a truck or the front end of a true early gasser. We preferred the "stuffed" tire look. If it sat taller, just enough to clear the rear tires (no rub) with a rake was perfect. |

40,000 original miles, lakewood traction bars, 70's era 14x8 mags and old hooker super comp headers.

Looking good man! This is such a great thread and the heavy Nova content doesn't hurt.

Re: Dedicated Day 2 Thread
Thanks for the welcomes. Yes I built it, my first car at 21. Took just over 2 years to restore. First repaint in factory #53 placer gold and NOS 3M Rally decals. 40000 miles and both build sheets, built in van nuys california, sold at Vernon Motor Products, british columbia. F40 suspension, carpet, floor mats, seat covers all original, seat belt warning system all work, etc. Hood is off an SS. CE replacement block, #492 2.02/1.60 cylinder heads. mallory unlite mechanical advance distro. Installed old mechanical Smiths Gauges in the console for a cooler then stock look
