It is true: Long-Lewis started selling Fords out of their hardware store in 1915, making them the oldest Ford dealer in Alabama.

The honor for oldest Ford dealer still operating falls to Tenvoorde Ford in St Cloud Minn. They started selling Fords in 1903, notably 120 years ago.
