That (those) are YF-12's and no they never made a twin fuselage version of that airplane. Neat looking but no. The spikes (engine inlet cones) are directional and point towards the center line of the aircraft. Notice that both outboard cones are facing inboard while the center one is facing towards the centerline of the aircraft on the right. If this were real I would assume it would be facing towards to center of the two fuselages.
