These are delicious. Sautéed in Olive Oil with a few spices like garlic and onion is my favorite. They are known as the "poor man's lobster" because they definitely do taste like lobster. They are Monkfish fillets. If you see them on the menu at your favorite restaurant order them, especially if you like lobster. But don't go back in the kitchen to see an actual Monkfish . . . |

That looks like a Dolphin. It is! But you won't find it on the menu using that name. First they called it Dolphinfish. Now they call it Mahi-Mahi. And . . . some restaurants also call it Dorado which is the Spanish name. |
