Here are a few pictures from the AACA show at the spring Auctions America auction at Auburn IN in 2013. I took a few pictures of some of the antique cars at this show as well. If people are interested in seeing those I can post them. Otherwise I'll stick to the muscle cars.
R. Reichenbach's 57 150 Business Coupe with an EB code 270 horse engine. I don't know if this was an original 270 horse car or not, but it sure looked cool. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...9-img_6296.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...0-img_6297.jpg B. Re: Musclecar Photographs mrays
What's the scoop with the fire extinguishers? And did you type that correctly on the 69Z hugger with dark green interior? If so, wow.
Keep up the great work!! |
Re: Musclecar Photographs mrays
Apparently at an AACA show fire extinguishers are mandatory for your car to be judged. I just happened to be looking at a car without one and a show official came up to the owner and told him that. I don't know why they need to be displayed by the drivers side front tire, but that's where everybody had them.
Yes, that 69 Z was originally Hugger Orange with a dark green interior according to the trim tag. I believe the auction description mentioned that it was the only known 69 Z in that color combination. It didn't actually look that bad. |
