Nice looking Mach 1 with 1970 RWL Polyglas tires (with size) instead of 1969: Polyglas or Polyglas GT depending on size. Mach 1 = 14" only so Polyglas. |

The RWL Goodyear Polyglas (F70x14) tires first showed up on the mid-year introduction of the 1968 428 CJ Mustang GT. |

Highway 42 in Door County Wisconsin, was built in the early 1930's and has fifteen curves in it's unusually twisty stretch which was the result of a desire to avoid cutting down too many trees |

Or you could order them like the lower one. https://images2.imgbox.com/79/25/faKStkH7_o.jpg https://images2.imgbox.com/da/07/BulSuzrN_o.jpg The last use of the "GT" emblem was for the 1969 Mustang GT: https://images2.imgbox.com/d6/22/XtB0UW35_o.jpg Both the 69 and 70 Mach 1s used the plain caps as did all Mustangs with the optional wheels from 68 to 70. https://images2.imgbox.com/9f/bd/WG7qKham_o.jpg https://images2.imgbox.com/9e/eb/F3e7kdT9_o.jpg |

Ford stopped offering the mag style wheels on the Mustang at the end of the 1967 model year. They were available as an option on 65 - 67 Mustangs. The wheels in the prior post replaced them. |

We went to Door County a couple years ago and had to drive the road. It is actually a dead end that has a ferry to an island at the end.
