This is either the car Ford showed NASCAR to try to get the SOC 427 in or it's a tribute/clone. NASCAR said OK . . . but there would be a 400 pound added weight penalty. Ford canned the idea.

I love these particular photos because it's really hard to tell if they are vintage or new (vintage, I assume, based on the cars in the street and the guy in the window of the building in the first photo).

There are many buildings and old shops in the metro Detroit area and surrounding suburbs that still look just like that.
