I find this absolutely fascinating.....to build that plant in less than 2 years and then spitting out production in the same frame?? That's impossible in today's world. I'm sorry to admit I remember those days of bam, bam, bam construction, no lawyer, suits or safety, inclusivity, BEEES.

I had to get my truck emissions tested and I noticed a hole in the brick wall across from the exit. I asked what happened and they said an older gentleman in a big Cadillac left the building and shot across, through that brick wall. When they ran over to check on him the engine was still running and screaming at several thousand RPM. He claimed his cane got tangled up in the pedals and accidentally depressed the throttle way down. The funny thing to me, though (forgive me for finding something funny in this) was that the shape of the hole in the wall was just like in the cartoons: you could tell it was a passenger car, and could even see where the mirrors went through.
