Not the Simeone Museum in Philly? I've visited there two years ago. He has that Cobra Daytona Coupe that is unrestored and also on the National Heritage Register.

Oops! Misread what was published. It needed to be about $3.6 million to beat both the 67 L88 and the 1971 Hemi Cuda convertible sold in 2014 (sale price + commission)

Tall guy that sometimes would have a pair of young blondes sitting with him in the front row. I’m told he is a nice guy and as I recall he does a lot for animals ? Drawing a blank but his museum might be in Florida ?
