I was changing the 1.6 Roller Rockers on the engine for a standard ratio set of 1.5........and I noticed that one of the rockers felt funny while removing it.......heres what I found........Got Lucky......

Might want to check those springs while you're at it.

That radiator, is that from an eBay company? Looks like the unit I purchased for my 67.

Yep!!........The keeper burrowed itself into the rocker and kept the valve from rotating.....Darn!!!

Yep!!!........I noticed that also.......that's why I purchased it.....so......If it doesn't work it's your fault!!!!.........LOL

Not impressed with how it cools. Out beating around yesterday, I'd say its no better than the brass I took out

Some cutting pliars will work just fine.
