She still has her orig drive train and loaded with options. Sammy will be proud .. the car will be day 2ed just like the way I originally had her. Its been a long journey and I'm glad she is home. Thanks Darren. It is indeed very gratifying on many fronts. I had called the owner for so many years that I thought it may not happen. Being Patient (23 yrs)was the key, and now the fun begins. I have already started buying parts for the car an plan to drive this car like I stole it &lt;img src=&quot;https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...grin.gif&quot; alt=&quot;&quot; /&gt;

My first car was a 65 Impala SS396-325 ,4 spd.,i got it in oct.67,w/20,000 miles,paid $1500, beautiful car, traded it jan.30,1970,for new Nova SS350-300,4 spd, bench seat,no options except posi.&amp; am radio,traded the Impala ,gave $1500 difference,,
