But then, I believe most of this stupidity is fueled by drugs/alcohol so it's not surprising the thought process is compromised.

I guess the incorrect headlight extensions on '66 SS Chevelles is so common now, it's just accepted as normal. About 80% of the pics I see, they are not painted to match the grille.

There are a TON of people driving around without license and/or insurance... it's Scary. It's becoming a Plague here to have your plates "replaced" in parking lots. I guess they figure you may not notice for a while and they won't get reported as stolen.
