It's Marlboro Maroon. The photo was taken as the sun was setting which changes the perceived look of the color.

Yes, 1967 Corvette with wrong rocker trim and bad stance.

My first corvette I bought at 20 was an original Malano Maroon car. It was repainted a pewter silver and would of liked to have it back to original. The guy I sold it to painted it candy apple red!!!

The pic in post#28135 only shows the headrests to indicate 1970, nothing else visible. The pic in post #28139 shows '71-'73 seats, & the red "C" emblem on the front header panel, also '71-'73. Front spoiler on the '70 is incorrect without a corresponding tall rear spoiler making up the COPO option in mid April or so.

Bill....3 1970 only items were the head rests as you mention, the header panel emblem, and the steering wheel, all1970 one year only items.
