Since the tunnel is already modified for a Super Street Shifter.....that would be the shifter I would use as the straight shifter rods make a world of difference.

I don't know if a Hurst Ram Rod would fit without more modification to the tunnel but if it will.....I'd put that in. :two cents:

A Ram Rod on the Rock Crusher behind the Ram Rod would be appropriate!!

Let's take baby steps, where do I get pairs of yellow head lights? (Can you picture black steel wheels on the back?)

Make sure you have all the right shifter parts! that straight up shifter wont work in a A body chevelle...guy tried to put that one in instead!..similiar to what your seeing. Shifter seems too far away from the original hole.

Al used this shifter for some time with no boot at all:-)

I will dig in to the part numbers soon.

The GE part number for the amber headlight is 4001A
