yes the pass side spark plug heat shield brackets are not painted and the drivers sides are. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/387265-tn_030.JPG

Probably the goofiest part is that the brakes seem to work fine and I'll bet the lid hasn't been off the master cylinder since it was put on in 1970.

And no I didn't change the oil or the filter. Oil is still pretty clean.
