There were a couple of Stingers, Ed C. with #1 and Bob D. with the Goodyear car. And would have been more Corvairs, but I heard the Vair club waited until the show was already full to enter.

We just pulled in to Austin last night and we all agreed that this show was fabulous. Bob Ashton, you've put together a wonderful event. I was so glad to be involved in the party this year with one of the Chicago cars. I got to meet the original owner of my car, his 19 year old son was born one year after he sold the car. It was very meaningful for this young man to finally see his dad's '67 Corvette.

To see old friends and to see those that I know through this site was great. It would have been good to visit with more folks, but the weekend went fast.

You guys have some super cars, some I've dreamed of seeing for years and years. No lie, one car I've read about for 20 years and finally got to see it at the Vettefest. It was an honor to have my car in the same show with all of you.

THAT CAR IS ABSOLUTLEY DROP DEAD GORGEOUS ! ! ! ! ! Bo Derek may have been a "10" but the photographs of that car make it look like a "15" ! ! ! ! I'm sure in person, it was much, much better than what the pictures show even though we had some good photographers taking pictures for those of us that were unable to make it.

JD,KP's car is a work of art.Both of the SCW cars were.I asked my daughter if I could just lay under the Red Yenko while she walked around and she said "get over it,come on".The detailing those guys do is unbelievable!!
Sat and talked with Mr.Cumby and Frank Magallon for a few minutes.Also talked with Mrs.Kwizz while they were moving cars around.Getting to know more people from the site and feel more comfortable talking to them.Every one of them have been very nice.
All in all the show was I think better than the spring Vettefest.I only heard one bad thing on Sat. and that was some guy who was complaining about how much it cost to park. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif If I remember correctly it was $16 at McCorrmick Place and only $11 at the new place.
