One of the wrecks is almost gone. All that is left is the bottom of the ship. Maybe 1 or 2 feet above the sand. Lots of nooks and crannies where lobster like to hide. And . . . also eelpout. The ones in LI have what looks like the head of a newborn baby on a long tail. Very un-nerving when looking for lobster and you come across one. Yuk! |
