Door mounted driver side mirror is the non-remote location. No RH side mirror of any type was offered, so if you see one of those some one down the line added it. Also - the "no mirror" condition was base. The LH standard mirror and LH remote mirror were both options starting above that. '63 and '64 B cars certainly had the 421 emblem on the fender as shown; I "think" the Grand Prix followed suit but I would have to verify.
