Bill, I believe it is an all wheel drive, twin turbo car. I remember Hot Rod or Car Craft did an article about this car.

The 1970 Superbird was offered in these colors: Alpine White, Tor-Red, Vitamin-C Orange, Lemon Twist, Lime Light, Corporation Blue (Petty Blue) and Blue Fire Metallic.

This one and two others were painted Deep Burnt Orange Metallic. They were not special order colors. No one seems to know why only three were painted this color.
