Our Dusk Blue 69 L78 Nova was sold new at Lustine. If you search the web you will find some old photos and info...some of the folks here might even have some Lustine items...try Mr70.

If it is a Maryland car they still have all the records you can find the original owners name

I had found some of the newspaper ads from 69 from Parkwood Chevrolet in Lakewood. Sent the vins to Andy the 69 Chevelle researcher for his database.
