Aggressive driving being the norm is the whole country, not just Utah. If the cops could issue a 100 tickets an hour at one location, why the hell don't they ?? NO enforcement is the cause of the insane driving behavior. Why abide by the laws when there is no consequence ?

Volvo issued a recall of nearly 260,000 cars across the U.S. due to faulty airbag inflators.

The recall affects popular older models of Volvo sedans, including the S60 and S80 from 2001 to 2009. The auto manufacturer is also recalling its S80 sedan from 2001 to 2006.

Volvo said it would replace all airbags in recalled vehicles free of charge.
