Good eye - Thanks for the heads up  If memory serves, my OEM MC was not painted but, I may redo it black or, whomever owns it after me can do it :) I hear ya on the ex manifold bolts :) Which ones should be non flanged? Maybe try to find the correct ones. How many do I need and do you have any extras :) I should try to locate a set of “AIR” ex manifolds and plug them (Harrell’s shop removed the smog stuff and plugged them) but for now, most likely just stick with the “NA”’s :) |
Hi Roger,
The Exhaust Manifold bolts....The eight outers are all Flanged.... the remaining inners are Non-Flange and No Washers. Is your plan to ever put the smog system back on the car? Hope to see you soon again......be safe and be well. Dan |

Sorry Roger, I do not have any.
I am sure there are others on here that may have them. Post a "Wanted AD" Dan |
----Roger,,,Look up "Enoch" in the for sale area and get in touch with him for those bolts as I'm relatively sure he will have them!....Bill S

Looks great Roger - hard to believe 11 years have passed since you got it back.

I love this story on this car so much went through it twice I do have a question out of ignorance: the rear end I saw mention of the KK code which I'm familiar but is there no special "BE" like for Camaro Copo's? thanks ahead for the education

the 1969 427 COPO Chevelle used a KQ code rear with 4:10 gear
