I came across this a couple of days ago and love it. I've always lived clean, exercised, ate well, never smoked, drank little and genetics got me. My Dad had the same operation when he was 70 back in 1984. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xs00fBj2nH0

I'm bringing back this old thread , wondering if anybody on here has had contact with Keith since last summer ?
