...just made my reservations ...........i'll obviously be bringing/abusing the orange car.....and if i can somehow swing it and get someone to haul the green NOVA down for me.......looking forward to seeing everyone !!!!!!!!!!!

For those that do not know, Ken Barnhart from nearby Elgin, IL bought a ZL-1 Camaro new, racing it ever since. Always worth the trip to visit with Ken (and Jerri) and see his car in action.

This year’s events are open to all supercar and musclecar owners and enthusiasts. All members of this site are encouraged to attend, and even bring a friend or two. The more the merrier. At the get togethers at the hotel, and at the track on Friday, NO charge to attend as a spectator and/or display your car(s). The only fee will be to race, which is $75.00.

Meet and greet at host hotel parking lot

Just booked my room today. Has anyone else spoken with the EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and almost OVERLY EFFICIENT LADY at the reservation desk? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/grin.gif[/img]

I swear it took 20 minutes just to hear her repeat EVERY offer, EVERY service, EVERY amenity, and to double check that EVERYTHING was to my liking. Not complaining mind you. At least she was using PERFECT grammar, ........ and it was ALL in ENGLISH!!! Kinda looking forward to meeting her now. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img]
