If you are arriving late Thursday, I would recommend parking directly behind the Crowne Plaza, which is right next door to the DoubleTree, as the shuttle does not start until Friday morning.

Use the same directions to get to the check in area behind the theater, but instead of turning left, turn right into the big open parking lot behind the Crowne.

If you don't mind walking .8 miles, the marshalling yard is available also.

We used this a couple of years ago when we arrived on Thursday afternoon. We hailed a cab as we passed the Stephens Center, had him follow us to the Marshalling yard and rode back to the Doubletree.

Where is the marshalling yard? I see the parking lot behind the Crown Plaza and the Rosemont Theater parking lot on this map. Which direction from the Doubletree is the Marshaling yard? the marshalling yard is west of rt 294 on balmoral ave. i can scan you picture if you need one. if you're bringing a car, there is a map on the back side of the lime green paper(with your registration form) that says 1/4 tank of gas......... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif
