Nice..Those are 1962 stainless steel A.O.Smith L-505 Texaco branded gas pumps in the background.
The L stood for the top strip was lighted,as they made these both with & w/o. 3 digit rear out means these were made pre October 1973 oil embargo too. |

This is in Dacusville South Carolina (Pickens County) it was sold by the Historic Preservation Society 10 years or so ago. The gas pump has been gone for at least 30 years, the sign has been gone 20 years however it has been stabilized and is owned & preserved by a local construction, renovation, and restoration company. |
