I'll say new photo based on the tires on the Stingray Racer and the fact that the GM Hertiage Collection doesn't have a Grand Sport Corvette.

Early production 1969 Shelby GT. Uses RW Large L E70x15 Goodyear tires. They hadn't changed the spindles over to the HD Boss 302 model (to handle the F60s) until later in production
