That YT clip about car chase scenes was pretty informative, and the narrator sounded like someone actually did a fair amount of research.

For those interested The Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach is having an airshow this weekend, Between 30 and 40 vintage Warbirds flying. My son Keegan Chetwynd is the Director of the museum and it promises to be a spectacular event.

Did they photoshop out the top 1/2 of the fender louvers???

I'm not into rat rods, but once in a while one catches my eye that has some very unique engineering. The first thing that got my attention was the 6 carbs on a 6 cylinder engine. I don't know what make of engine it is, as it is opposite from a GM 6.

Then there is the steering and front suspension. At first glance, it seems to have a straight axle, but it is 2 piece and pivots below the bracket for the dual idler arms and rides on coil over shocks.
