Nice. I'm guessing that's the motor line in the vehicle assembly plant, since the engines are pretty well trimmed out with accessory drive, engine cooling fans, carburetors, etc (the amount of paraphernalia installed on the engine from the engine plant did vary across model years and product lines).

I hated those old wood block floors. They were coated in something, like creosote, so they smelled really strong and got all over your shoes so that you tracked it everywhere.

I used to take my shop shoes off and set them in the bed of the truck before driving home, in an attempt to keep the mess out of my truck and out of my house.

I can answer that question.

No Pontiac Blue overspray on the exhaust manifolds.

They were installed after the engine spray on (64-67).

Plus the flat sealed oil fill cap on RH side valve cover.

Factory correct Blue overspray on the bottom lip of the valve cover.

Also, early ‘65 fan with “round” rivet heads.

Plus, only 4 Bolts securing the exhaust manifold, which is correct.

Interesting note for car nuts....The low thin air intake on top of the cowling indicates the Holley carburetor is used. Many/most B-25s were retrofitted with Bendix pressure carbs post war which had a taller square and more pronounced air intake.

It all started when Law enforcement authorities twice caught Hendrix riding in stolen cars and when given a choice between spending time in prison or joining the Army,he chose the latter and enlisted.After completing his basic training at Fort Ord, California, the Army assigned him to the 101st Airborne Division and stationed him at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.In November 1961, fellow serviceman Billy Cox walked past the service club and heard Hendrix playing guitar inside. Cox, intrigued by the proficient playing, which he described as a combination of "John Lee Hooker and Beethoven", immediately checked-out a bass guitar and the two began to jam. Soon after, they began performing at the base clubs on the weekends with other musicians in a loosely organized band called the Casuals.
