Shell sets its sights on deploying 500,000 electronic vehicle chargers by 2025

Buried quite a ways down in Shell's announcement was one way the energy company proposes to get to net-zero emissions. It plans to have "around 500,000" electric vehicle chargers at its stations by 2025 as it simultaneously scales up the number of stations. Currently, the company has about 60,000 chargers spread out over 46,000 gas stations. It will add approximately 440,000 chargers and 9,000 more gas stations.

I had a Powerglide Vega and I still have the floor shifter out of it. I put a Vega Powerglide torque converter in my '67 SS 396 Chevelle and it held up pretty well for a few years.

Saw this set up at MCACN a few years ago, maybe 2016?

I may try to do something similar with my 49 Studebaker dump truck when I am all done using it to haul sand, gravel, sod, trees and whatever else.
