EE cut a perfect .000 light and then runs 6.595 seconds at 208.97 mph to beat Bo Butner in the #ToyotaNats final! #NHRA...clinch the championship and that makes 23 unbeaten rounds at the Las Vegas strip in two years with the win today making that the 9th of the year and the 21st of her career. Girl on fire!!

Hmm..big shoes to fill! Hopefully he can grow into the role the same way Mike Dunn did. Going to be interesting.
Also, well done to Erica. Whilst they didn't always have the best car, she was by far the best driver this year and a deserving champion. |

NHRA has made some bad decisions the past few years and it appears (to me) that they're still on that same track.
Personal opinions: 1. Love Erica; never was a fan of Jeg. Nobile & Skilman would be good team mates. Jeg is probably bringing sponsorship $$ and will try to steal the show. (Ego) 2. I'm so old I've watched Mike Dunn his entire career. He LIVES drag racing. Tony will probably be good in the booth but Mike Dunn has more charisma and I think probably has more respect overall with the fans and the competitors. 3. IHRA is expanding. I hope they give NHRA the slap-in-the-face they need. |

You have been a drag racer all your life and not just a car show guy which I like. You have probably witnessed "soup to nuts" all of Fred Gibbs racing career along with Harrell and many other Midwest racers. YOU should be in the booth ORIGLS6 and Howie your back-up! YEAAA! |

IMO Dunn was good in knowledge for the fuel cars AND pro stock.
i thought i read on moparts that Dodge was pulling out? on last sunday's race coverage they were talking about uncertainty in Roy and Alan Johnson future.. |
