Believe me, I had more than one friend say that I was nuts for trusting this guy. After speaking with him on the phone, I was convinced that he had only done a cursory search for the sheets. Armed with the complete owner history and the title to the car is from 73, I just thought that this has to be the real deal and there has to be a buildsheet somewhere! Like I said, sometimes you win, but it could have easily gone the other way.

Good to hear from you Bob, how is the LS6 coming. You should be getting close to completion. I cannot wait to see that car done! Another one I should have kept!
