Thanks, I forgot to mention that this is a 3.73 M20 Z28.

That makes the car all that much better. -
3.73 M20 is one of the best all around driving combos for a 302. You can actually drive on the highway at a semi reasonable rpm and the deep first M20 gives you a better effective first gear ratio than a M21 with a 4.10.
