M40 was the way they called out the transmission even if it was a Turbo 350. My '69 Pace Car window sticker for the 350 cubic inch motor has the same M40 designation.

WS - often early stickers had pricing issues and were reissued.

TH350 would appear as M40 on the WS, same as a TH400. Price would be more if it was a TH400.

The engines with TH400's had unique engine codes from TH350's - only full-size had either trans available and they had the extra engine codes for it.

The color combo works. When do you ever see that top color?
