Was my first trip ever to the show... Was totally amazed at the whole deal. Great to see everyone again, and looking forward to returning next year!

Re: MCACN`s Pics
It was super to renew old friendships and make new friends as well. Nice to put faces with some of the names on the SYC site. Show was great - people were even better. MCACN organization hit it out of the ballpark! Tribute to Don Yenko was fantastic - great job Brian & crew!

Re: MCACN`s Pics
This show had something for everyone! Loved the showcases of some incredible cars. When has there EVER been as many Aero cars & Yenkos in one place? This show sets the bar for all to follow.
Going home Sunday after the show I came up on a Superbird returning home to Cleveland. It was being DRIVEN ! How cool is that? The cars and people at MCACN rock! The Meet the Mean Ones showcase was historical. If Yenko built it...it was there! From the prototype Corvair to the Turbo Z & Z-28, with killer Corvettes, all the supercars and even a Stinger Vega! To all involved with putting this together... THANK YOU! Big |
Re: MCACN`s Pics
What a BLAST! It is always a great time to catch up with friends and make some new ones. Also nice to get some face time with everyone and see the men behind these screen names.
The show did not disappoint. There was a lot to take in. I'll try to go though and add anything interesting which has not been posted already. For me, there felt like a bit of "Magic" in the air around all of the Yenko cars. Friday night, before the barriers were up ( I should have been taking pics then) I was walking by all of the Yenko Novas. It was surreal. As if I was transported back to the Dealer lot in 1970. I could have sworn I felt the crunch of gravel under my feet, and imagined Don walking up. A priceless experience! http://i710.photobucket.com/albums/w...7/DSCN2982.jpg http://i710.photobucket.com/albums/w...7/IMG_7760.jpg http://i710.photobucket.com/albums/w...7/DSCN3039.jpg THANKS TO EVERYONE! |
