Thanks Al, your pictures are right side up:-)

I assume some will dislike the idea of rebuilding such a rare carb without refinishing but I love it:-)

I don't have major work on the car scheduled for the summer (my hands on) but I do have the engine on the go and I have great friends who are helping me get parts at NOCC, PSMCDR, and MCACN, Dan Vasic, Albert Galdi, Van Hurst, and Bob D'Antonio are all saving/bringing parts for me to save shipping:-)

It takes a community:-) (Al is even posting pictures for me)

I thank all the great car guys who are helping me along the way, I would not be this far without countless people steering me)

Des Ryan delivered my new/old RamRod shifter to Ontario, hope to pick it up locally this week or next:-)

I found a picture of a RamRod shifter in a 69 Camaro with the Hurst boot complete with Red H:-)

These two Day2 items will really be fun to tryout one day &quot;soon&quot;

I would like to aquire a very low cost second set of bias ply tires for my extra set of rims. Possibly sooner than latter to use to roll the chassis around.

Originally my car came with F78 X 14 White walls.

I would consider worn out white stripes, red stripe RWL good years or fire stones F70 X 14, or G70 X 14.

These would not be usable tires, just a set of rollers (a set somebody has used up but can't recycle)

I rarely miss an opportunity to share a picture or two:-)

This shifter is a mechanical marvel, simple, effective and absolute. (I am a Millwright and this thing &quot;makes sense&quot; to me:-) (I don't know how it works or how to set it up yet but there is no software package to update here fellas)

As I am crossing the border I am bringing it with me to NOCC, Nick Morocco (SNG) has agreed to go over it and when we decide what to do for a second drag race transmission this has to be part of the equation (But only for non PSMCDR/PS) There are a few options involving my M22, or a third transmission. (Don't tell Beautiful, Oldsmobile loving wife!!!!!!) I like the idea of putting the M22 in the car to experience the whine and the close ratio goodness but that 2.20 first gear without 4.33's (yet) doesn't really interest me.......... TBD.

I am on it:-)

I made it across the border wit no issues, I stayed within the guidelines on the website after 24 hours 200 CAD, after 48 hours 800 CAD, so I stayed in the US for 48 hours and 34 minutes to be safe:-)

I had every email, and PayPay receipt printed and in this case didn't need it, the questions were about pepper spray, arms, alcohol, tobacco, etc, etc.

I am rejuvenated 100%.

Time to focus on the engine and the underside of the floor pans.

Nick Morroco has rebuilt my RamRod and Street Super shifters. I will post the pictures soon. He is also going to start disassembly of my M22 soon. An extra Trans with an extra shifter is probably a good idea for a rookie 4 speed guy:-)

I will visit the engine machine shop this week to see if they have disassembled and hot tanked the engine yet.

I got a little behind with lots of time at the Beach so I need to catch up and restore my manual steering box and install. (Master Schedule says August....)

Ryan, you say you are a Rookie - 4 Speed guy? How many 4 speeds have you driven? Not counting Woj's Chevelle.

Not counting Woj's Tremec 300 Deluxe Chevelle and Sam's M21 W30 442 ................. I can't remember any times I have driven a 4 speed:-(

I drive standard cars, and used to drive the tow truck Low and 3 speed, but I have never owned a fast manual Trans car so I have never driven one hard. (I could never push a borrowed car)

Don't worry about my parts, I will start off very gently and work my way up.

I am sure I will look like a complete nerd at PSMCDR but I really honestly don't care:-) Fun is fun and I will be having fun!!!!

I welcome any lessons (most guys are all proud and BS about stuff..... I don't get that....... I don't know how, I will learn:-) but I can't see anybody but me pushing my car hard.
