This is an unrestored car with 8.7K miles and was featured in the November '21 issue of Mopar Collector's Guide. It is part of Tim Wellborn's collection and will be offered at Mecum Kissimmee in '24.

This 71 Cuda in Tor Red is a 440 Six Barrel car that was sold new at Frey Motors Chrysler Plymouth in Lewistown PA to Crystal Shoop. This is a two tag car and was just featured in the November '23 issue of Mopar Collector's Guide. B. Hoffman had this car at the show.

This 71 Cuda in In Violet is a 440 Six Barrel car that was sold new at Brouillette Chrysler Plymouth in St. Hyacinthe Quebec. This is also a two tag car and should have black Billboards instead of the white ones currently on it. This car will be offered at Mecum Kissimmee in '24.

This 71 Hemi Cuda in Tor Red is a 47K mile car and still has its original engine and transmission. This car will also be offered at Mecum Kissimmee in '24.

Last but not least is this 69 Rambler American Rogue. This is an AMC powered car and runs in the 10.50 Index class. This car was also with the group of street legal race cars from the Chicago area. Emma Ricchio had this car at the show.

Here are the pictures I took at the Mecum Auction in Indianapolis last weekend. The prices I'm posting are the hammer prices before any additional fees. Most of the information on the cars comes from their action descriptions and any signs or paperwork present at the auction. If anyone has any additional information on any of the cars feel free to share it. To begin with this 55 Bel Air convertible known as "Chrome Blues" was built by Snodgrass Chevy Restoration and was in the Ridler Great 8 at the Detroit Autorama in '23. The color is Twisted Blue Pearl and it has a tan leather top and interior. It is powered by an LS-3 with a 4L60E transmission and sits on a Roadster Shop frame. This car was built totally in house and has a lot of unique hand-built parts. They were machined by hand and not in a CNC. This car hammered for $335K.

This 53 Corvette was built by Keith Schuck. It has a Lonestar Classics body and a custom-built frame. It is powered by a 350 with three twos that is backed by an M21. This car was bid to $75K but didn't sell.

This Harvest Gold 55 Corvette, VE55S001638, is powered by its original engine. It is 1 of 700 Corvettes built in 55 and 1 of 693 powered by a V8 and 1 of 625 with a Powerglide. Apparently there were 7 Corvettes powered by the Blue Flame 6 in '55. This car was formerly owned by Jerry Brewis and was awarded Bloomington Gold in '07 and NCRS Top Flight and Duntov in '10. It was bid to $180K but didn't sell.

This Tuxedo Black 60 Corvette, 00867S107290, was sold new at Rohrer Chevrolet in Camden NJ. It is powered by its original 290 horse engine that is backed by a 4 speed. This car was restored by Warren Mockler and he earned the NCRS Duntov award with it in '23. It was also at MCACN in '23 where it was a Triple Diamond winner. This car hammered for $172.5K. This was one of the nicest restored Corvettes I saw at the auction.

This Roman Red 61 Corvette, 10867S104587, was sold new at Shalla Chevrolet in Detroit MI. It is 1 of 233 Corvettes built with RPO 687 Heavy-Duty brakes in '61. This car was an NCRS Duntov winner in '07. It hammered for $115K. It previously hammered for $110K at Mecum Kissimmee in January.

This Saddle Tan 63 Corvette convertible, 30867S100105, was sold new at Daniels Motors in Colorado Springs CO. This car still has its original engine. It hammered for $110K.

This Riverside Red 63 Corvette coupe, 30837S117753, was sold new at Gates Chevrolet in Mishawaka IN. It was awarded Bloomington Gold in '11 and NCRS TF and Duntov in '12. It hammered for $220K.

This Riverside Red 63 Corvette coupe, 30837S103415, was sold new at Martz Chevrolet in Menominee Falls WI. This car was ordered without a radio or heater. The restoration on this car was recently completed. Other than sitting way too high this car looked very nice. It hammered for $275K.

This Tuxedo Black 63 Corvette coupe, 30837S101022, was sold new at Don Allen Midtown Chevrolet in Manhattan NY. It was at MCACN in '21 where it was awarded the Triple Diamond. This car was bid to $310K but didn't sell.

This Tuxedo Black 63 Corvette coupe, 30837S109281, was sold new at Paramount Chevrolet in Downey CA. It is 1 of 199 Z06 Corvettes built in '63. It was at MCACN in '16 where it was awarded the Triple Diamond. This car hammered at $625K.

This Satin Silver 64 Corvette convertible, 40867S111845, is 1 of 29 Corvettes built in '64 with RPO J56 metallic brakes. This option was only available on fuel injected cars with Posi traction rearends. Its hard to see in the picture, but this car has a dark blue interior. This car was awarded Bloomington Gold in '12 and NCRS Top Flight in '06. It hammered for $130K.

This Milano Maroon 66 Corvette coupe, 194376S122551, was sold new at Frank Bennet Chevrolet in Marion OH. It is powered by its original L72 engine. It was awarded an NCRS Top Flight in '17. This car hammered for $102.5K. It previously sold at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale in '18 for $130K.

This Nassau Blue 66 Corvette convertible, 194676S126420, is an L72 car. It was awarded Bloomington Gold in '10. It was bid to $100K but didn't sell.

This Silver Pearl 67 Corvette coupe, 194377S119553, was sold new at Haney Chevrolet in Orlando FL to S. Russel. This is an L36 car with a 4 speed and is documented with its original tank sticker as being ordered with a non-standard Bright Blue interior. This car hammered for $145K.

This Elkhart Blue 67 Corvette coupe, 194377S108350, was sold new at Watson Chevrolet in Williamston MI to Betty Eckhart. This is an L36 car with air and a Powerglide. It is documented with it original tank sticker and window sticker as being ordered with a non-standard Saddle interior. This car is a former Bloomington Gold and NCRS Top Flight winner. This car was bid to $170K but didn't sell.

This Tuxedo Black 67 Corvette convertible, 194677S101827, was sold new at Dave Gambill Chevrolet-Oldsmobile in Dodge City KS. It is an L68 car with air and a 4 speed. It still has its original engine. It was awarded Bloomington Gold in '17 and an NCRS Top Flight in '13. This car hammered for $280K.

This Silver Pearl 67 Corvette convertible, 194677S121160, was sold new at Botnick Motor Co. in Binghampton NY to Steven Bakic. This is an L71 car and still has its original drivetrain. It is documented with its original window sticker, tank sticker and POP. It was awarded an NCRS Top Flight in '15. This car was bid to $220K but didn't sell.

This Marlboro Maroon 67 Corvette convertible, 194677S122895, was sold new at Dick Fencl Chevrolet in Oak Park IL. This is an L71 car and is documented with its original tank sticker. It was also built on 07/12/67 which was the last day of production for Corvettes in '67. This car was bid to $130K but didn't sell.

This Tuxedo Black 67 Corvette coupe, 194377S113547, is an original L71 car that is documented with its original tank sticker and POP. It was also awarded an NCRS Top Flight. This car hammered by $350K.

This Tuxedo Black 67 Corvette coupe, 194377S116148, was sold new at Hansen Chevrolet in West Los Angeles CA. This is an L71 car with the CA smog equipment and it retains its original drivetrain. It is also documented with its original tank sticker. It was at MCACN in '21 where it was awarded the Triple Diamond. This car bid to $300K but didn't sell. It did sell at Mecum Indy in '23 for $305K.

This Burgundy 69 Corvette convertible, 194679S707049, is an L89 car with a 4 speed. It is documented with its original tank sticker and was awarded an NCRS Top Flight in '19. This is 1 of 390 L89 Corvettes built in '69. This car hammered for $160K.

This Riverside Gold 69 Corvette coupe, 194379S710256, was sold new at Bard Chevrolet in Newburgh NY. This is 1 of 116 L88 Corvettes built in '69 and 1 of 17 with a TH400. It was drag raced as "Automatically Yours" in its early life. After being restored it was awarded Bloomington Gold. This car was bid to $285K but didn't sell.

This Corvette Bronze 70 Corvette convertible, 194670S414118, is 1 of 25 ZR-1's built in '70. The ZR-1's were built from '70 to '72 and were equipped with an M22 transmission and the J56 heavy duty suspension among other things. This car was awarded Bloomington Gold in '06. It hammered for $155K.

This Mille Miglia Red 71 Corvette coupe, 194371S119317, was sold new at Taylor Chevrolet in Rochester NY. This is an unrestored car with only 23K miles. It has been awarded the Bloomington Gold Benchmark, NCRS Duntov and at MCACN in '16 the Triple Diamond. This car sold for $67K.

This Ontario Orange 72 Corvette coupe, 1Z37L2S526397, is 1 of 20 ZR-1's built in '72 and the only one in this color. This car has been awarded Bloomington Gold, NCRS Duntov and at MCACN in '19 the Triple Diamond. This car hammered at $145K.

This 64 Malibu SS has a custom tan leather interior and a 454 backed by a 6 speed. It was bid to $90K but didn't sell.
