Hey Bruce...I had a 1969 Nova SS 350 from Brown & Hoeye. As far as memorbilia when I was hunting down stuff from that dealer I found they had a Decal on trunk lids and License plate frames. Their trunk lid decals were shaped like a Bowtie with rounded top and bottoms and said HONESTLY also. If he needs a couple Brown and Hoeye license plate frames that need restoring send me a PM as I do not have that Nova anymore. Kim

Was this all the same business changing hands? I just received my Shipping Data Report on my Nov. 3, 66 built 67 Camaro Coupe. It was delivered to Zepelak Chevrolet Inc. in Elmhurst. Dealer code 600 zone 11. Did this Dealership change hands that many times in a few years? Is it now Celozzi-Ettelson?

Does anyone remember this car from this area/dealer?

I've talked to Mike Ettleson, the son of Maury Ettleson and he's going to ask some &quot;old timers&quot; if they remember the car.

THANK YOU NCRS &amp; Roy for sending me in the right direction.

Michael,

Celozzi-Ettleson Chevrolet
Elmhurst, Il.
Zone 11 Dealer 108

Was in my home town.....it was a Great Dealership....remember it like it was yesterday..... a lot of great cars were SOLD from Celozzi-Ettleson Chevrolet. Including a lot of LS6`s.

I almost had the opportunity to restore your Chevelle....former owner had us (NOS Restoration) bid on a Frame-Off Restoration. I would have loved to have restored it.

Dan</div></div>

Dan, if I read right you are from Elmhurst? Do you remember a Zepelak Chevrolet Inc. on Roosevelt in '66/'67?

I do...Zepelak/C&amp;E are torn down &amp; completely defunct today.
A new Chevy dealership was built recently &amp; located further down the street here called Villa Park Chevrolet.
It's now called Castle Chevrolet today.Has no records at all with Zepelak/C&amp;E.

Thanks for posting. I have the protect-o-plate, build sheet, log book and dealer inspection sheet but nothing with a dealer name until the NCRS records. Thanks Roy for all the work you have done.

Dana, I owned a RS/SS L78 that came from Harbor Chevrolet. I contacted them in 1999 and spoke with the Business Manager Sally Huff who had been there since the early 60's (She retired shortly after). She sent me the &quot;New Passenger Car Sales Journal&quot; entry for my car which referenced the VIN, trade in, selling price and saleman and owners name. I also received a Harbor license plate frame.

Good luck

Thanks for response Dan! I do do appreciate you taking time. I have a '67 Camaro that was delivered to Zepelak in Nov. of '66.

Pleased to learn today that my 66 Chevy II SS sold through Robert in Hicksville LI. Excellent service, and really hope it will be available for fullsize cars someday.
