We are using the original driver's door, but I will put the original passenger door aside for future repair, as we had a much nicer one in stock here to use.

I really appreciate the time you have taken to photograph the work you guys are doing to this special car. Alot of us hobby guys wonder how the pro's approach certain repairs , you have shown alot. One question- what kind of material did you use on the rear outer wheelhouse to bridge to the quarter for support- right above the center of the wheelwell lip. Thanks.

John </div></div> John, Used a piece of foam of a similar density as to what came off the car originally. It was bonded to the wheelhouse in that area, but not to the quarter panel. |

Primed, sanded, reprimed, sanded some more, a final of 600 grit, and seam sealed.
