Re: Biscayne Resto Project
Seeings how I am too busy doing everyone elses car and you seem to have mastered the big car stuff, please be on the lookout for one '69 SS427 Impala convertible headed your way that is in about the same shape as your car (minus engine) and do your stuff to it sir. If you refuse, it is going on the block.
It's looking great Ken and you don't waste a lot of time. Rick https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif |

Re: Biscayne Resto Project
Me, Myself, and I.......... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif....Today I moved the car off the lift and into the other stall so I could put the Engine in (Rolled real easy without the Engine).....after I got the Engine and Trans in, I had to get it back on the lift........But ......I couldn't push it up the ramps to get it back on the lift.......I ended up going in the Trailer and getting the Tie Downs and used them to winch it up the ramp.....Winch, block the tires, and winch again......Finally got it up and took a Nap.....

Re: Biscayne Resto Project
It's amazing what you can do by yourself when you put your thinking cap on. You MacGuyver'd it onto the lift. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif
By the way, your project looks awesome. When you showed your engine photos, my reaction was that it was too nice to be put into a car. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif |
