I heard from Wayne (original owner) the other day. Lately he's been doing some house cleaning and has come across some interesting things "belonging" to his old Chevelle. I don't have the other items just yet, but will post when they arrive. The below item, of course, is the warranty pamphlet for the Chevelle and I noticed that the selling dealership, Wickline, info was printed in the open space at the bottom. Curious if this was done locally (looks very professional) or would GM have done this for their dealers?

Thanks Woj. Maybe it was a local thing. I guess Wickline would send off the GM pamphlet to a printer and had their name and address added.

Beautiful evening in southern AZ today. Warmer wx just around the bend, so, I exercised the Chevelle and stopped by Queen Creek's newest attraction: the Equestrian Facility. Used to be a land fill. I got a care package from Wayne today including this photo of Wickline Chevrolet's salesman, Hoover Potter, (I pictured him to be much older for some reason https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/hmmm.gif) handing the keys to Wayne. You may have remembered me making a post about asking Wayne about the "Wickline" plate frame about a year ago (see 1st 2 photos below). Wayne figured he tossed the frame shortly after getting his Chevelle home. He was rootin' through his stuff recently and surprised himself when he came across the frame. Pretty nice shape. It too arrived today with Wayne's best wishes....

He found these valve springs in his stash too. Said he went thru a few of these while racing and always kept a few on hand...
