What can I say....other than Bob Ashton and crew.....pulled off the Best EVER Spring show....in Chevy Vette Fest history. Bob and entire staff, my hats off to you all.

My 69 Chevelle display and my close group of 69 Chevelle friends had a terrific weekend. Can`t wait to do it again.

Oh, by the way....this is last years "Top Gun" winner Bill Hamel at the awards presentation. Let this be a lesson to all you past "Top Gun" winners....do not fall asleep while Bob Ashton is in the midst of his ceremony.

I'd just like to thank Dan Vasic for all his tireless efforts in assembling my car for me and getting it to Vette Fest! Dan, you helped make my dream into a reality and I really appreciate it! Now I have to find a new project and I'm afraid it's got to be a post sedan!!!!!

You sure know how to put together a display Dan, even helping build the cars to get them there. It was also great to be able to find you around the display most all the time. I'm sure more than one person was converted over to a 69 Chevelle lover if they weren't before.
How about the one guy who drove up from Kansas City just to see John Arenson's Post Sedan.

We got a few and Rick also has some. I just talked to Rick and he's still about a half hour from home. I'll try to throw some up tonite and I'm sure he will do the same once he's unloaded and settled in.

I had a bunch of pix of the '69 group but Dan has posted almost the exact same shots I have so I'll let his work do the talking. Great grouping Dan!

Thanks so much...for all your efforts.

Rick Nelson and I did work our butts off on putting together these two great displays...and I`m sure if you`d ask Rick he would do it all over again. Rick and I stayed late helping each other and everyone get out and quick as possible.

It was a very nice time and everything seemed to go off without a hitch. The displays by Dan and Rick were very nice and it was great to be a part of. The Ls6 display is probably the largest gathering of of ls6 chevelles that i have ever seen and it was alot of fun.
