love that car DREEMZ put a price on that one for me. the go wing was a factory option, it also came with front chin spoilers in 71. personally this 70 challenger needs alot of work, 71 stripes, wrong color the seats are 72-74 the tail lamp bezels arent cheap, i would put a list together and see what your finished car investment is going to be and compare to the finished value. just my 2 cents

Mopar value is a function of motor, color, transmission (prefer 4spd), options (esp shaker hood with e-body), and drivetrain being original to car. Original fender tag and buildsheet essential. Here is a '70 Challenger R/T 440 6pk Super Trac Pac(4.10), Go Mango, 4spd, rear wing, shaker, alligator skin roof, born with drivetrain, and all coded for on buildsheet and fender tag.

Nice try Mr. Weimer. That has to be a scale model. It looks too perfect. There's no way - a highly coveted '70 E-body with that awesome of an engine, tranny, and rear + that fantastic color AND the ultra rare alligator skin roof AND documentation.

<font color="blue"> Have seen this car in person.
1. It is definitely life size.
2. It is very rare.
3. It's restoration is phenomenal.

I don't have my secret Mopar decoder in front of me right now, https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/crazy.gif, but if I remember when decoding my 70 Challenger, the code for the front spoiler was A45(which also included the rear spoiler). J81 I believe was for the rear spoiler only. My 70 has both codes.

Re: Help w/ Value 70 Challenger R/T

A45 is "front &amp; rear spoiler package" for '70/71. J81 is "rear spoiler - wing type" for '70/'71.

That is one fine mount you have there Patrick! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Yeah Bruce, I figured (and was hoping) you'd say that. Holy cow, a T/A hood on a Hemi Challenger from the factory. That's just too over the top.

Indeed Patrick, I second that motion. Now get it into Bruce.......please! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif

I'm still embarrassed to say, I've been asked numerous times to submit the car but haven't acted as of yet. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...thumbsdown.gifon my part! I will pull it out this spring and get it done. Yeah I know I've said that before. I know I'm bias here, but this car makes me say "whats all the fuss about with the these Hemi-Cudas!". https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif
