We should start a recipe post. We can share good eats! I am the best rib, pork, and chicken man in Souderton. I even have a smoker. When i was in the virgin islands they had a street vendor called the "Texas Barbecue Pit". He had ribs, chicken and beef. It was "AWESOME", i've never had such good barbecue, man those taxens know how to barbecue. I dream of one day returning there!
