I was reading an article the other day that stated the RAIV option became so rare because Pontiac was busy spending its time and money on the upcoming debut of the RAV and neglected the marketing of the RAIV because of it. Of course the RAV never made it into a car and the majority of buyers didn’t know much about the RAIV and on paper it’s as only a 10 Hp increase in the firebird .
