Re: Ralph Weaver Rest in peace father.

I will always remember the time when Michael R shipped his Gold L89 70 Chevelle to MCACN and I displayed it in the L89 showcase. I believe that was the first time I met your dad or at least the first time I ever really got to talk to him. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and was always asking if he could help. After everything was set up I finally had a chance to sit down and talk with him. He treated me like one of his own family and like he had known me for many years much the way Frank Magallon Sr has always treated me. You were very fortunate to have a father like you did and we all know that you will continue on with the same tradition with your son just like the way you already do. We will miss you Mr. Weaver.

These notes, and condolences and memories really help, and are greatly appreciated.

I will share this thread with my Mom as well, she doesn't exactly pore over my W31 build thread:-)

Ryan

I am always proud to share my family, and hearing these wonderful memories proves that people pick up right away on how special they are.

Ryan, as I said on FB.......I'm truly saddened by the loss of your dad. Karen and I are thinking of you and your family at this somber time.

The support on sYc means a lot to me. I also had the Mrs. Read through the comments this morning.

We both thank you for the kind words.

Dan V. And I chatted today, he suggested a small customization to my car as a little tribe to Dad:-) I have been considering the same thing, just need to decide on what.

Oh man, Ryan. Just saw this sad, sad news. Just remember, your pop is not gone. He's with you in everything you do, every bolt you turn, every gear you bang through blasting down the quarter mile of life. Sorry for your loss my friend.

Dave
